This website. railwaycitypoolsandspas.ca is run by Railway City Pools & Spas, St. Thomas, Ontario. The information on this site is general. Prices, products and availability can change, and nothing here is a quote or a contract. Your quote and written agreement with us are what count.

Our content. The text, photos and designs on this site belong to Railway City Pools & Spas or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking.

Links. We may link to other websites, such as suppliers and financing partners. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our QuickBooks app. Railway City Pools & Spas has its own private app connected to its own QuickBooks Online company. It is used only by our business, for our own bookkeeping. It is not offered to, or available for use by, anyone else. It reads our business email for supplier invoices and statements and records bills and expenses for our bookkeeper to review. It does not pay bills or move money. We can disconnect it at any time from QuickBooks (Settings, then Apps), which ends its access.

Liability. We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website. This does not limit anything in your written agreement with us for pool work.
